Greetings from ZEST

I would like to invite your kind attention to my letter dated 5^th august 2011 in connection with making ZEST as bench mark in the industry in offering the best return on investment ( ROI).

During the past six months or so, the stocks at our ware houses for most of the running models have been excellent and we have been able to address your requirement rather fast. We could also launch the DEALER PORTAL to help you order.

While monitoring   the secondary sales from you to the customer, I am happy to note that the secondary sales have been more than our sales to you which is a very good sign towards making ROI much better.

In order to further accelerate this, ZEST intends to make your stocks adequate for 2 weeks of sales so that your stock holding, which is presently is at about 8 weeks becomes less than half. This would make ROI double than what is at present and you are even more competitive.

Effective 1^st April, 2012, ZEST is considering  offering all the incentives (except cash discount) linked to the secondary sales so that all of us have the motivation in pushing the secondary sales instead focusing on the primary sales from ZEST to you.

We do not believe in simply moving the stocks from ZEST to your ware house as it is not the true sales.

Kindly continue to focus on the secondary sales and we assure you that we would not let you down in supplies.

Incidentally, we have made huge investment in setting up plant in COIMBOTORE, AHEMEDABD and also doubling our capacities in DEWAS for monoblocs.
